Business experience grounded in practical work
I’m Adrian Watt, a Brackley-based business owner. I build and run businesses across IT reuse, secure data handling, fitness, e-commerce and specialist publishing.
Most of my time is spent leading Brackley Recycling, helping organisations give equipment a longer life, protect their data and deal with unwanted technology responsibly.

My work has grown through running services, improving the way they operate and staying close to what customers actually need.
Main focus
Brackley Recycling
I founded Brackley Recycling to help organisations reuse IT equipment where possible, destroy data securely and recycle what can no longer be used. It combines practical local service with a clear circular-economy purpose.
Experience built through doing
Before Brackley Recycling, I built Impact Fitness and Podiatry Supplies. That work gave me hands-on experience across service delivery, online publishing, e-commerce, marketing and the day-to-day realities of running a small business.
That experience informs how I approach each project: understand the customer need, build a workable process and improve it through direct operational experience.
Beyond business
Community, fitness and local life
Business is only part of the picture. Community service, fitness and Brackley’s local traditions have all shaped how I work and what I value.
Serving Brackley
I serve as a Brackley Town Councillor and sit on the Planning Committee, with an interest in practical local decisions, public services and the town’s future.
Keeping active
My background is in personal training and practical strength. Running, swimming and cycling remain part of my own routine, alongside the continuing development of Impact Fitness.
Brackley tradition
I have also spent many years involved with Brackley Morris, including around a decade as Squire. It has been a significant part of my connection with the town and its traditions.
